Inappropriate content
Violent, inappropriate or offensive content and images. Material which promotes, encourages or is involved in child abuse and exploitation within a website.

Phishing
You’ve received phishing emails or you’ve been taken to a website which asks you to enter personal information.

SPAM
Unwanted junk mail, and unsolicited advertising.

Malware and viruses
Website involved in the distribution of viruses and malware, or which promotes, encourages or engages in hijacking and tampering computers or networks.

Cyber-bullying 
Use of the internet to bully or harm others. 

Violation of copyright/trademark
Someone has copied your content.

Identity theft
You are not a customer but have received an email informing you that your digital certificate for SPID or digital signature has been suspended or revoked.

Unauthorized payments
You have received a phishing email requesting payment for services you do not recognize.
